New Local Community Plans now available

Each of the twelve Neighbourhood Partnerships has finalised a new local community plan, focussed on making your area a better place to be. The plans will last from 2011 - 2014.

The local community plans outline the priorities that local people have told us about at local events, meetings and through surveys.

You can find out more about how we measure our progress against our local community plans, and download a copy of the plan for your area.
