for outstanding customer service
WOW! that's what I call service - new award scheme arrives
We want to encourage our customers to tell us when we provide excellent service, so SfC is taking part in a new award scheme - the WOW! Awards.
Our customers are being asked to help us recognise our star employees and nominate SfC staff when they do something truly outstanding. Nominations received from our customers will also link in with our own reward and recognition scheme.
