City Centre Walk Hack update
04 February 2016
Partnership working has been embraced to
deliver a series of training and development days in the city
centre. People from a number of different organisations such as
Sustrans Scotland, the University of Edinburgh and the City of
Edinburgh Council, as well as local people interested in
active travel, placemaking and design got together at 'Walk Hack'
to come up with innovative new ways of inspiring people to walk
around Scotland's capital city.
More details about the process and the
projects are now available here.
[Walk Hack was funded through
Smarter Choices, Smarter Places funding, made available to the
City Centre Neighbourhood Partnership by Paths for All.]
