Promotion of group for parents/carers & toddlers in Leith Community Centre
Do you have or care for a child between 12 and 24 months
Community Learning and Development are starting a new PEEP group
for parents/carers and children aged 12 to 24 months at Leith
Community Education Centre on Monday 29th October. PEEP is an early
education programme the uses music, songs and play in a fun way to
help parents and carers give there little ones a great start in
learning. The group is free and runs from 1pm to 2pm.
Its also a good way to meet other parents in a relaxed, friendly
environment. PEEP groups are really popular with parents and
carers(and children!) across Edinburgh. Here are some quotes from
previous participants.
- We had lots of fun, and my child love all the things we can do
at home
- I liked meeting all the other parents. I have made some good
friends
- I learned abouts lots of ways I can help my children develop
and learn. It was great!
If you are interested in joining the group, please contact Naomi
Stewart on 554 4750 or Jackie Mearns on 553 7941
