21 Century Homes - Gracemount

21st Cent showhome ext.JPGThis project is part of the 21st Century Homes for Edinburgh Programme which will see the City of Edinburgh Council building affordable rented housing once again. The redevelopment of Gracemount, Pennywell and Muirhouse and North Sighthill will contribute towards delivering more badly need affordable homes to Edinburgh.

The first phase of new council homes for social rent in this development is now complete and has been advertised on EH - Your Key to Choice and online at www.edinburgh.gov.uk/keytochoice.  The first tenants are due to move in at the beginning of February 2012. There will be 67 new homes for social rent and these will be released in phases until summer 2012. There will also be 20 mid market rent properties within the first phase of the development and 12 shared equity properties.

The Gracemount Development Group currently meets around once every three months. A summary of each meeting will be posted on the website, along with other relevant information.
