VOLUNTEERING IN LIBERTON GILMERTON
The area of Liberton Gilmerton takes pride in the fact
that large numbers of local people give their time freely to
support others through volunteering opportunities.
Volunteer Centre Edinburgh South helps people who are unemployed
into volunteering, as a route to work. Volunteering for as
little as 3 hours a week can greatly improve your chances of
getting a job. Volunteering can help you:

- Guidance about volunteering while claiming benefits.
- On-going coaching once you're in volunteering, to help you get
the most out of the experience.
