Oxgangs Library closing for refurb
Oxgangs Library refurb

Oxgangs Library will be closed from the
12th to the 25th of March so we can make some improvements to the
library. During this time we will operate a mobile service
from the car park. This mobile service will be available during the
library's normal opening hours.
