P&C Funding Panel
The Funding Panel decided on the use of Fairer Scotland Funding
in the Partnership area from 2008-20111. This funding was
provided by the Scottish Government for local Partnerships to spend
on activities to improve employability, address health inequalities
and promote early intervention to support velnerable children and
families.
Government policy has transferred the responsibility for the
Fairer Scotland Fund from Neighbourhood Partnerships to three lead
departments in the Council which continue to support the above
three priorities. These departments are -
Children & Families for early intervention
City Development for employability
Corporate Services for addressing health inequalities.
