Are you a council tenant?

If yes, we will be running twice weekly RENTS SURGERY in the Concierge Office Medwin House South. We can:-

Give you advice on rent payments and the payment options that are available
Check you are paying the correct amount of rent and council tax
Help you apply for Housing Benefit and Council Tax Benefit
Help you to sort out any Housing Benefit problems you may have
Estimate how much rent you should pay until your benefit claim is complete
Help prevent you losing your home if you are falling behind or are having problems paying your rent
Provide specialist advice on repayment of arrears and court / eviction action
Put you in touch with other support agencies who can help you stay in your home

The surgeries times are Monday 2.00 - 4.00 and Wednesday 9.00-12.00 noon

The next surgery will be on the afternoon of Monday 23 January 2012 from 2:00pm - 4:00pm
