21 Century Homes - Gracemount
Gracemount and 21st Century Homes for Edinburgh Programme
As part of the 21st Century Council Homes for Edinburgh Programme, Development Groups have been set up in Pennywell and Muirhouse, Gracemount and North Sighthill. The redevelopment of these areas will contribute towards Edinburgh delivering 12,000 new affordable homes over the next ten years.
Led by the regeneration teams from the City of Edinburgh Council, each development group has representatives from local residents as well as other local stakeholders and will be heavily involved in guiding the development of the masterplan for their area.
The Gracemount Development Group currently meets around once a month in Gracemount High School. A summary of each meeting will be posted on the website, along with other relevant information.
