Community Engagement Fund for Community Councils in Edinburgh
The £20,000 Neighbourhood Partnerships' Community Engagement Fund is a small grants fund for community councils only.
Neighbourhood Partnerships can award small grants of up to £500 per community council, per year, for engagement activities. The fund is provided by the Council.
This new fund recognises the key role which the Community Councils play in the new Neighbourhood Partnerships, in representing the views of the wider community.
The Community Engagement Fund is managed locally by SfC Neighbourhood Managers who consider each community council's application and make funding decisions in consultation with the NP.
These grants are only available to Community Councils in the city, for proposals which meet the agreed criteria.
