Interested in a repeat session?
While we did give notice that we intended to run this information session on the Council's Budget, the actual date of the session was late in being confirmed. We would be happy to repeat the session early in the New Year if there is sufficient interest. If you are interested in this (likely location would be the City Chambers) please contact your local neighbourhood partnership.

Review of Community Council Scheme

22 Dec 2008

A review of the Edinburgh Community Council Scheme is currently underway.  The review aims to improve and update the terms and provisions of the current Scheme prior to the community councils elections in October 2009.

Neighbourhood Partnership

Welcome to the new Neighbourhood Partnership website. Neighbourhood Partnerships are an exciting approach to organisations working together with local people, to improve services and quality of life.

There are 12 Neighbourhood Partnerships in Edinburgh, each made up of a core membership of local Councillors and representatives from the Police, Health, local voluntary sector organisations and the local community. Each Neighbourhood Partnership is chaired by a local Councillor in the role of Convener.
