The City of Edinburgh Council Newspaper Outlook - South edition
Edinburgh Outlook is the public information newspaper delivered to every home by the City of Edinburgh Council four times a year. The Christmas 2008 edition has a four page wraparound, each one focusing on either North, South, South West, East, West Edinburgh or City Centre.
