Local Community Plan

Discussions have been underway at public meetings and action group meetings and the priorities for joint action which have been highlighted at present are:
- Making our environment cleaner, greener and more attractive
- Improving our roads and public transport
- Co-ordinating and promoting activities for children and young people
- A healthier community
- Communicating and engaging effectively with the community
The vision and priorities outlined above will be best achieved through an active, informed and committed community which is inclusive of all communities of interest and equalities groups.
The Inverleith Community Plan concentrates on the community priorities which can only be tackled by working in partnership with other Council Departments and Partners.
