Volunteers are at the heart of what we do and by joining us you can help make a difference to the lives of young people. No previous experience of counselling or working with children is needed, as full training and support is provided.

From Moonwalk: The MoonWalk Edinburgh is the amazing overnight power walking marathon and half marathon taking place on the 19th of June 2010 at Inverleith Park. Over 12,000 Walkers will be taking on the Walk the Walk challenge in their spectacularly decorated bras to raise money for vital breast cancer causes. There’s going to be music and entertainment and an amazing atmosphere to enjoy.
To make the event happen we need teams of people to come together and volunteer their time and talents to support the event. Volunteers will be welcoming and directing the Walkers around the MoonWalk, marshalling across the city (we’re lighting it pink!), awarding the medals at the finish line and taking on many other important roles across the event. Above all, they’ll be having a great time themselves, whilst helping to raise millions of pounds for vital breast cancer causes. Find out more on www.moonwalk.org
