The Neighbourhood Partnership Scheme in Edinburgh
The City of Edinburgh Council agreed to the constitutional framework for the Neighbourhood Partnerships scheme in Edinburgh at a meeting of the Full Council on 8 March 2007, as a mechanism for delivering local community planning in the city.
