LIVE WELL IN LATER LIFE
RESHAPING CARE FOR OLDER PEOPLE
The Western Edinburgh Neighbourhood Partnership, working with our main partners Health and Social Care, is hosting a 'Live Well in Later Life' information day at St Ninian's Church Hall,144 St John's Road, Edinburgh, EH12 7SB on:
Tuesday 23rd April between 11am and 4pm.
The event will give Council, NHS, voluntary sector and independent services the opportunity to showcase their services to older people, carers of older people and frontline staff. There will also be the chance for people who wish to volunteer to work with some of the organisations to find out more.
