Leith Local Community Plan 2011-14
A Local Community Plan sets out the community's priorities for the improvement of local services. The local community are the best people to know what their area needs and are the best people to ask to set the priorities. Only then can work begin on identifying resources and initiating projects to bring about a positive change.
