The Almond Neighbourhood Partnership area covers the local authority area of Almond [Ward 1]
and has a population of approximately 26,000. The Neighbourhood Partnership includes the areas
of South Queensferry, Dalmeny, Barnton, Cramond, Davidson's Mains, Sliverknowes, Kirkliston,
Ratho Station and Newbridge.

The current Convener of the Neighbourhood Partnership is Councillor Alastair Shields.

The Almond Neighbourhood Partnership now forms part of the North West Locality. Over recent months, you have shared your views on the issues that are important to you. Thank you for this input to date. The North West Locality Improvement Plan broad priorities have now been approved by the Localities Leadership Team and can be viewed here. We will begin Phase 2 consultation soon and will be in touch where appropriate.

The City of Edinburgh Council has been given Scottish Government funding to deliver a Participatory Budgeting Champions Programme and is inviting expressions of interest from people who would be interested in learning more about PB and then sharing that knowledge with others.
