Our aim is to speak up for the people of Merchiston, who live in
tenements, villas and other types of housing, and use our community
centre, the public library, local schools, our university, parks
and shops. We discuss issues under a variety of headings,
planning, licensing (HMOs and liquor), the environment, transport,
parking, crime as well as anything else that local residents wish
to raise at our public meetings.
