21 Century Homes - North Sighthill
Master Plan for Sighthill and 21st Century Council Homes for Edinburgh Programme
Update
Master Planning of the site started in November 2009. Two masterplans were consulted on with the local community and the result of the consultation exercise allowed the masterplanners to create one plan. Following a further round of consultations the final plan was fine tuned before being submitted to the City of Edinburgh Council Planning Authority for Planning Permission in Principle.
It is anticipated that the planning application will be determined by July/ August 2010

The North Sighthill Development Group meets regularly in the North Sighthill
Community Centre. A summary of each meeting will be posted on the website,
