Local Community Plan
The Portobello & Craigmillar Neighbourhood Partnership has
drawn up a Local Community Plan for the area. This aims to improve
the quality of life for people living in our local communities by
developing programmes of activities and initiatives which deliver
better services. Local people's input has been central to
identifying local priorities for the plan.
Read the new summary Local
Community Plan 2011-14 here.
The local community plan ensures that local outcomes and
targets contribute to both Scottish Government's national
priorities and Edinburgh wide plans and strategies.
Extensive consultation has been carried out in the local area to
inform the development of the Portobello &
Craigmillar Local Community Plan 2008 - 2011, which can be
viewed by following this link.
The Progress Report - Autumn
2009 has been distributed to households in the partnership area
in September 2009.
And a postcard version of the Progress
Report 2010 was distributed in December 2010
