Community Benefits
Community Benefits form part of the contract that the Council have with Urban Union to deliver the new homes. Over the next eight years Urban Union will deliver, 24 new permanent job opportunities, 36 new trade apprentices, 180 work placements (each of which will last a minimum of one week). There will also be an art strategy and engagement with local businesses.
