The sub structure of the Neighbourhood Partnership
has evolved over the life of the Neighbourhood
Partnership and is designed to address issues recognised by the
local community and subsequently the South Central Neighbourhood
Partnership as being of importance.
On 17th March 2014 the South Central Neighbourhood Partnership
agreed four priorities for inclusion in the 2014-2017 Local
- Work with children and young people to improve their
access to outdoor space and other facilities.
- People feel safe both personally & in the
- Improve the quality of life in Dumbiedykes
- Reduce isolation amongst our older residents
There are four Action Groups the principal
purpose of which is to support and progress the work of the
Neighbourhood Partnership and, in particular, the specific priority
for which they are responsible, as selected by the local
community. These are:
