Leith Neighbourhood Partnership Branding

When the city's 12 Neighbourhood Partnerships were established in 2007, a brand was agreed which would acknowledge the link between Neighbourhood Partnerships across the city as well as partnership work between service providers and local people.  In 2012 Letters Patent were received from the Lord Lyon's office for the new Leith Neighbourhood Partnership Coat-of-Arms which may also be used to identify Leith Neighbourhood Partnership.

Both the 2007 logo and the Leith Neighbourhood Partnership Coat of Arms are used to identify the Leith Neighbourhood Partnership.  For example, in documents, reports, advertising etc.

The biggest strength within the Leith Neighbourhood Partnership area is service providers and local people working together in a variety of ways to improve Leith as a place to live.  It is for that reason that we are working on procedures to enable other partner organisations, community groups and other agencies to apply to use the Coat of Arms.

Leith Neighbourhood Partnership Coat of Arms is subject to regulations which apply to the granting of all Heraldic Crests and Coats of Arms.  The Partnership can legally grant permission to use the Coat of Arms with the words "Leith Neighbourhood Partnership".  Please refer to www.lyon-court.com for further information on regulations on the use of Heraldic Crests and Coats of Arms.
