ACTIVE LIVES: Exercise programme for those aged 45+ living in Liberton and Gilmerton.

CARE & REPAIR: Organisation that provides practical DIY help to the elderly & disabled. Also always looking for volunteers.

LIBRARY GROUPS: Various groups at Gilmerton, Moredun and South Neighbourhood Office library.

LIFECARE Edinburgh: Offers a range of care services in the community.

LIVING IT UP: Online self-management hub, which aims to inspire and help people to improve their health and wellbeing.

LOOPs: Find out what's happening locally and across the city. Try something new or just go loopy!

VINTAGE VIBES: A fresh new service tackling isolation and loneliness among 60+ in Edinburgh, offering companionship, reliable support and the opportunity to be more socially connected.
