ACTIVE LIVES: Exercise programme
for those aged 45+ living in Liberton and Gilmerton.
CARE & REPAIR:
Organisation that provides practical DIY help to the elderly &
disabled. Also always looking for volunteers.

Edinburgh Voluntary Organisations' Council (EVOC) provide an online

Age offers a range of services for 50+ to promote health and well
being and to meet new people.

IT UP: Online self-management hub, which aims to
inspire and help people to improve their health and wellbeing.

POSITIVE
FUTURES: Supports activity groups in the local area for 50+.
