We have 15 environmental improvement proposals put forward by local people with a total middle estimated cost of just over £200,000; we have a budget of c.£130,000. CLICK ON THE IMAGES TO MAKE THE PAGES BIGGER AND READABLE. You will be asked to score each proposal on its own merits. This will create the order of priority and our Property Team will work down the list until the allocation of fudning runs out. If a project you've proposed isn't here it could be because it wasn't eligible or the estimated costs far outweighed the funds available. Speak to our Property Manager on the day.
We would remind you that this money comes directly from Council House rents and can only be used for improvements on Council land, in and around Council properties. In South Central that really just means Dumbiedykes, Prestonfield and bits of the Pleasance because that is where most of the Council homes are - but everyone can score the projects.
