Welcome to the third edition of the NP newsletter.
In recognition of the Commonwealth Games this issue focuses on local neighbourhoods who have hosted their own local sports themed events and how Neighbourhood Partnerships have been developing the new local community plans 2014-17 which will be launched in October.
