Local Community Plan 2011 - 2014
Welcome to the 2011 - 2014 Local Community Plan for South
Central Neighbourhood Partnership.
The plan is the result of widespread consultation and
input from people who live and work in the area and from
organisations with a responsibility to deliver services locally. We
are enthusiastic about the work that's been done so far and we
would like to thank everyone who has helped us to shape this plan.
More importantly, we are committed long-term to local community
planning, to deeper and wider involvement with local people, and to
making a real difference in our community.
Together we have made a good start along the road to
making South Central a better place for people to live, work and
visit. If we keep working in partnership, we will achieve our
goals. But that's not the end of the story. The Plan is not the
final word on what happens between now and 2014. It will be
regularly reviewed and refreshed and we want you to play a big part
in this. The evolution of the Plan over the next three years will
be influenced by your views, your concerns and your
priorities.
