Partnerships - Performance Information
Partnerships - Performance Information
The 12 Neighbourhood Partnerships across the city develop and
deliver Local Community Plans which include the key priorities as
identified and agreed by the respective Partnerships.
Each neighbourhood is different and between them, a wide range
of issues or local concerns are developed which best suit the needs
of the particular neighbourhood.
It is important that we can measure outcomes linked, not only
with those Local Community Plans and priorities but also wider
aspects of community life. It is likely that many of these will
involve actions that can have an affect on tackling deprivation at
a local level.
5 key themes have been used to take forward local performance
reporting, these are:
- Early Intervention
- Health & Wellbeing
- Employability
- Safer Communities
- Environment
A booklet has been produced that provides an overview of what
this means in terms of performance across all 12 neighbourhood
partnership areas, including South Central.
