Neighbourhood Partnership Alcohol Profiles
These profiles have been developed by the Edinburgh Alcohol and Drug Partnership and revised by the NHS. The purpose of these is to provide a snapshot of how alcohol might affect an area, and there is an individual profile for each of the 12 Neighbourhood Partnerships.
Each profile provides a general summary of information, based on evidence gathered for a larger report on overprovision. Data for the individual area is available on licensed premises, alcohol-related hospital admissions, fires in which alcohol or drugs are recorded, road traffic accidents, and alcohol-related crimes.
